Chris Girouard has more than 40-years of experience managing Land Departments in the oil and gas industry and is an expert in all aspects of petroleum land management. As Executive Vice President of Land and New Ventures, Chris oversees acquiring oil & gas properties, seeking new opportunities, regulatory compliance, corporate contract negotiating and drafting, and all other functions of the Company’s Land Department. He has been a founding member of teams that started and successfully sold several oil and gas companies. Chris graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1979 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Petroleum Land Management.
