Prior to his current role, Joel held positions in financial planning and analysis supporting global operations, where he worked closely with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and financial planning. His background includes expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and investor-focused reporting. Joel earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Kansas.
