Land Manager

Morgan has been filling the role of Land Manager for Black Mesa since 2016. She has almost 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. Her experience ranges from imaging, leasing, title work, due diligence project management, and involvement in filings with various government regulatory agencies including the OCC, BLM, BIA, and BOEMRE (formerly the MMS). In her role at Black Mesa, she is responsible for lease and contract negotiations, deck and division order preparation, owner relations, record maintenance and overseeing the day-to-day land and division order processes.
